PROVACUNO AWARDS ITS HONG KONG FOLLOWERS WITH THE BEST BEEF RECIPES TO SURPRISE YOUR GUESTS THIS CHRISTMAS
PROVACUNO, the Spanish beef association, has launched the campaign “I refuse to cook this Christmas without beef”, to encourage the consumption of one of the best beef in the world during the Christmas holidays. Holidays that will be different this year due to the current pandemic situation, but in which there should never be a lack of beef, a star ingredient in most of the world's kitchens.
Thus a series of video-recipes and tips to prepare the best Christmas lunch and dinner has been posted on the social networks of What Wonderful European beef. To do this, several of the best chefs in Spain have prepared their best Christmas recipes so that we can take note and emulate them. Beef stuffed tenderloin with sharp vegetables and foie cream by chef Javier Aranda, Tongue salad with tuna and anchovy mayonnaise by Javi Estévez or the “Cachopo” beef by Íñigo Urrechu are some of the recipes that are part of this campaign.
